Fashion Infatuation- November

Happy Holidays

The time has come to hear "Jingle Bells" all throughout the mall and stop dead in your tracks to awe at Bergdorf's holiday windows. It's the time to roam the plazas and internet to create your mile long wish list. And it's the time to ask your loved ones for that handbag you’ve been eyeing all year. So, what’s on Gibson Girls’ list this holiday season? (And should be on yours too)

So, clealy im obsessed with nudes! Im so glad its a craze now. I can find almost anything I want in that soft camel or dusty rose color. And its all over my wish list...

1. SEQUIN
This black sequined open front cardigan is available at J.Crew for $128
Other sequin pieces can be found at Forever21, H&m, and Gap just to name a few.

2. Rose Gold Watch
This one is Marc by Marc Jacobs available for around $250
Also check out Michael Kors. Both at Macy's.

3. Fur
Inspired by the 1970's Chanel's newest collection is all about fur. And retailers of all prices have taken
a liking. This is a J.Crew piece for $150. Other retailers include...just about all.

4. & 6. Nail Polish
I LOVE nail polish :) I just purchased a few colors from the OPI Shrek collections just for fun. But,
light pinks, deep and bright reds, shiny purples, browns, blacks, and greys are all the perfect colors
from now till late February. Try OPI, Essie, and Sonia Kashuk at Target.

5. Military
At first I wasnt a huge fan of the military look, but the more I see the more I like. My favorite military style
is the boot/heel. I love the juxtaposition of the rough, front lace up and fold over sherpa with the sexiness
of the leather and heel. This is a $169 BCBG boot found at piperlime.com

7. Bedroom Makeover
If you cant decide on a boost for your wardrobe then try a boost to your home. Your bedroom is your
oasis so make it you, and make it new. Anthropologie pillow, $36

8. The Perfect Leather Boot
I have yet to hear of an easy and smooth sailing search for the perfect boot. I'm going on about three years
on this search. But, I think I've found it! This J.Crew dark sand boot runs for around $280. Also try Free
People and Frye. If you have found your perfect boot leave us a comment and a pic!

9. Jeweled
There's no debate, jeweled and sequined items are the hottest tickets of the season. If you dont want to go
full out with a skirt or jacket then try something subtle like a headband or clutch. This clutch is from
Banana Republic for $98. I just found it today and had to buy it :)

10. The Soft/Nude Blazer
Blazers will always be a great way to make any outfit look professional with little effort. But, you dont
want to lose your style or cool ease when doing so. Try a blazer that isnt the typical black, blue, or grey.
I would go with a tan or rose for a feminine and youthful look. This is Anthropologie. I just found a
Fossil light cotton, tan, boyfriend blazer that's great with skinny jeans or shorts for the perfect balance of
      power of fun.

Happy Holidays

Love, Gibson Gils
